If Only George Eastman knew what his company would become… it started in a rented loft in Rochester,New york and his company name at that time was “Eastman Dry Plate Company”. In 1883 however Eastman Dry Plate Company completed the transfer to move there worldwide operation to a much more suitable, four story tower. Two years later Eastman Dry Plate Company introduced EASTMAN American Film which is the paper like transparent film we know today. in 1888 the well known name Kodak was introduced they came out with the Kodak Camera that had the slogan “You press the button-we do the rest”. In 1895 the pocket camera was invented two put in comparison it was around the size of a disposable you can get today.in 1900 the first brownie camera was introduced, the camera sold for $1 and the film was sold for ¢15, this allowed the average populoues access to the camera and hensforth started the hobbie of photography
